A single barrel whisky which was originally unveiled at the Apple Isle’s Dark Mofo festival. A fascinating offering from this fledgling distillery, the single malt has been matured initially in a 100 litre former Apera fortified wine cask, before a finish of four weeks in Australian rum barrels! This unusual maturation has produced a richly flavoured, sweet and slightly funky Tassie whisky, with a unique flavour profile.
