Craigellachie’s malt is dried using oil-fired steam, which produces a meaty, weighty quality in their spirit. With age, this softens to reveal delicious tropical fruit flavours, with a grilled pineapple note considered the hallmark of this distillery. 23 years of maturation have ensured a complex and sophisticated dram.
