We only use the meatiest trimmings from our line of Private Reserve Wagyu Steaks to create our outstanding Private Reserve Wagyu Burgers. All the characteristics of our Wagyu steaks apply here. The result of crossing registered Wagyu with real American beef (both varieties are cherished for their high level of marbling) is extraordinarily marbled beef with subtly complex flavor. To maximize the unique characteristics of this special beef - give you the absolute perfect burger experience, our master butchers are meticulous at every turn. These burgers are finely ground for consistency and perfect texture, using only Wagyu beef. You'll taste the care we take in every melt-in-your mouth, juicy bite. APPLIANCES VARY, ADJUST COOK TIMES ACCORDINGLY. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, COOK THOROUGHLY TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.

Remove burgers from packaging while still frozen. Thaw in refrigerator.

GRILL (FROZEN): Preheat grill to medium (350-400°F). Clean and oil grill grates. Grill, covered, for 8-10 minutes per side.

PAN FRY (FROZEN): Preheat a small amount of cooking oil over medium heat. Add burgers, cover, and cook 8-10 minutes on the first side. Uncover and cook 8-10 minutes on the second side.

GRILL (THAWED): Preheat grill to medium high (400-450°F). Clean and oil grill grates. Grill 5-6 minutes per side.

BROIL (THAWED): Place oven rack 3" from broiler element. Preheat broiler to high. Broil 5-6 minutes per side.

PAN FRY (THAWED): Preheat a small amount of cooking oil over medium heat. Add burgers and pan fry for 6-8 minutes per side.

Overcooking can result in a dry product.
