A terrific 21 year old blended malt whisky from Japanese powerhouses, Nikka. This dram has been produced in honour of Masataka Taketsuru, the founder of Nikka and the man widely regarded as the Godfather of the Japanese whisky industry. This is a well-crafted blend of malt whiskies from the esteemed Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries (both of which were constructed by Taketsuru), that has been aged for no less than 21 years, developing incredible complexity.
