Palate: This Merlot displays the wonderful fruit flavours of black fruit, raspberry, cherry and ripe plum. These are nicely integrated with caramel and vanilla oak characters to create a smooth and enjoyable red wine.
Food Pairing: A versatile wine which makes a great accompaniment to most food, particularly tomato based pastas and red meat dishes.
