The Glencadam Distillery has a long and storied history of producing a sought after malt whisky during the blended Scotch boom, only to go silent a number of times, before being revived by the current owners, who have been producing whisky there since 2003. This 15 Year Old was distilled in 2006 and matured in ex-Bourbon barrels, before being finished in freshly seasoned White Port casks for two years.
