The Pinot Noir Cask is the third expression released under the Element Series by Coastal Stone Whisky. Distilled and matured on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and laid down to mature in ex-pinot noir wine casks from Tasmania during their first year of distilling. This whisky has had time to develop some beautiful and complex character as it evolved in the coastal marine environment.
