STOVETOP - FROZEN: Preheat a nonstick skillet to medium. Place desired number of sausages in skillet with 2 T. water. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Flip sausages and cook uncovered for 3 minutes or until sausages are browned and reach 145°F.

MICROWAVE (1100 WATT) - THAWED: Remove desired number of sausages and place on a microwave safe plate. Cover with a damp paper towel. Cook for 1 minute 30 seconds on high, or until 145°F. Let rest 1 minute and serve.

MICROWAVE (1100 WATT) - FROZEN: Remove desired number of sausages and place on a microwave safe plate. Cover with a damp paper towel. Cook for 3 minutes on power level 5 or 50%, or until 145°F. Let rest 1 minute and serve.
